Platform Rules

Overview

IndigiCoder is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and productive environment for all users. These Platform Rules outline the types of content and behavior that are prohibited on our platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these rules, at our sole discretion.

1. Violent Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Threats of violence against individuals or groups
• Content that encourages, glorifies, or celebrates violence
• Instructions for carrying out violent acts
• Support for terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups
• Graphic depictions of violence intended to shock or disturb

2. Child Harm

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy for any content that:

• Sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
• Depicts or promotes child abuse
• Facilitates contact with minors for inappropriate purposes
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. Abuse & Harassment

We do not permit content or behavior that:

• Targets individuals with repeated unwanted contact or attention
• Threatens, intimidates, or bullies specific individuals
• Encourages others to harass or "pile on" an individual
• Shares personal information to facilitate harassment (doxxing)
• Uses degrading or dehumanizing language directed at individuals

4. Discrimination & Hate

Content that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics is prohibited, including:

• Race, ethnicity, or national origin
• Religion or religious beliefs
• Sexual orientation
• Gender identity or expression
• Age
• Disability or health status
• Veteran status

This includes slurs, stereotypes, dehumanizing comparisons, and calls for exclusion or violence against protected groups.

5. Self-Harm & Suicide

We prohibit content that:

• Promotes, encourages, or glorifies self-harm or suicide
• Provides instructions for methods of self-harm or suicide
• Shares content that could trigger individuals struggling with mental health
• Creates challenges or trends that encourage self-harm

6. Adult Content

The following adult content is prohibited:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Pay-per-view or subscription-based adult content
• Content promoting human trafficking or escort services
• Solicitation of sexual services

Note: Sites discussing adult products (such as educational content, art, or literature) may be permitted if they comply with all other Platform Rules and applicable laws.

7. Deepfakes & Misinformation

We prohibit:

• Creating or distributing deepfakes without clear disclosure
• Non-consensual deepfakes of real individuals
• Deliberately spreading false information as fact
• Impersonating legitimate news sources
• Creating fake news sites designed to mislead
• Content that could cause real-world harm through misinformation (e.g., health misinformation)

8. Illegal Goods & Services

You may not use IndigiCoder to create content that promotes, sells, or facilitates:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Unlicensed weapons, explosives, or firearms
• Counterfeit goods or documents
• Stolen property or data
• Unlicensed gambling or betting services
• Unlicensed financial services
• Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities
• Fake coupons, gift cards, or promotional offers
• Services promising guaranteed payouts or "get rich quick" schemes

9. Private Information

Publishing private information without consent ("doxxing") is prohibited, including:

• Home addresses or location information
• Phone numbers
• Government-issued identification numbers
• Financial account information
• Medical records or health information
• Private correspondence

10. Non-Consensual Images

We strictly prohibit:

• Sharing intimate images or videos of individuals without their consent
• Creating AI-generated intimate images of real people without consent
• Threatening to share intimate images (sextortion)
• Content captured through hidden cameras or without the subject's knowledge

11. Security Violations

The following security-related activities are prohibited:

• Distributing or trading stolen credentials or passwords
• Creating phishing sites or content designed to steal credentials
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Creating tools for unauthorized access to systems
• Impersonating businesses or individuals for fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to bypass security measures on our platform
• Hosting command and control servers for botnets

12. Copyright & Trademark

We respect intellectual property rights and prohibit:

• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of copyrighted material
• Trademark infringement or unauthorized use of trademarks
• One-to-one copies of existing commercial websites
• Using business names, logos, or branding without authorization
• Pirating software, media, or other copyrighted content

Content that appears to be clones of existing businesses using their branding will be treated as malicious and removed immediately.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:

• Warning: Issue a warning for minor or first-time violations
• Content Removal: Remove the violating content
• Temporary Suspension: Suspend account access for a defined period
• Permanent Ban: Permanently terminate the account

For serious violations (including child safety, violence, and illegal activity), we will take immediate action without prior warning.

No Refunds: Users who are banned for Platform Rules violations are not entitled to refunds of credits, subscription fees, or any other payments.

Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal to indigicoder@gmail.com. Please include:

• Your account email
• Description of the content or action in question
• Why you believe the action was in error
