Richard Chance
Founder, CEO & CTO

Richard Chance is an experienced technology leader with more than a decade of expertise in mobile and cross-platform development. His work ranges from helping local businesses modernize to partnering with Fortune 100 and 500 companies in finance, transportation, education, and energy.
He is the Co-Founder of Green Country Media, a software development studio specializing in mobile and web applications, serving startups, tribal organizations, and enterprise teams.
Richard is also the creator of FAME (First Americans Marketplace Exchange), a platform empowering Indigenous artisans, and previously served as Co-Founder and CTO of Totem, the first fintech app built for Native Americans.
Richard is driven by a mission to use technology as a tool for empowerment, building products that strengthen Native communities and create meaningful, long-term impact.
