Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime.

Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to Profile → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Changes take effect immediately

Add Team Seats (Business Plan)

  • 3 seats are included with Business plan
  • Extra seats: $25/month each
  • Go to Workspaces → Settings → Add Seats

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Profile → Billing
  2. Click "Cancel"
  3. Access continues until end of billing period
  4. Reverts to Free plan (10 credits/month)
Note: When you cancel, you keep access until your current billing period ends. After that, you'll be on the Free plan with 10 credits/month.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds for subscriptions or credit purchases. Each AI generation request incurs real-time costs from our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.), which are charged to us immediately when you use the service.

We encourage you to start with our Free plan (10 credits/month) to try the platform before upgrading. This allows you to experience the full capabilities of IndigiCoder without any financial commitment.

Before You Subscribe: Make sure to test the platform with your free credits first. Once you upgrade or purchase credits, those transactions are final.
